As a Personal Assistant, you are accountable for providing a full series of administrative assistance tasks for the President and Chief Executive Officer/ Vice Chairman on a timely basis, prospering for the highest possible criteria at all times while operating in close participation with the Department Heads and their secretaries.
- Handle the President and CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/ Vice Chairman’s routine and preserve total discretion with regard to all issues relating to the Executive Office (regarding Staff members, Business, and Guest information).
- Communicate with executive office for different management concerns and ongoing jobs being handled by the President & CEO/ Vice Chairman.
- In charge of keying all documents relating to the Executive Office according to the President & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/ Vice Chairman’s directions.
- Make certain that the correspondence, both outgoing and incoming, is dealt with on a routine and prompt basis.
- Preserve an organized and orderly filing system and consistently inspect, update, and re-organize closets when required.
- Make themselves readily available to minute conferences, and distribute these minutes on a prompt basis to all departments concerned.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Handle and examine Visitor issues by collaborating with departments concerned Reply to Visitors for the President & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/ Vice Chairman.
- Along with the President & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/ Vice Chairman create the Inner Plan for the hotel and ensure that they are carried out and stuck upon.
- Take care of area reservation requests at the Executive Office from the Owners, Rotana Hotels, etc.
- Coordinate with the Front Office a day prior to VIP Guests’ arrival to guarantee airport terminal get and other arrangements.

- Corporate clients and clients producing high company volume.
- Operate in a risk-free and eco-friendly method to safeguard guests’ and workers’ health and wellness, as well as safeguard and save the atmosphere.
- Follow the hotel’s environmental, health, and wellness policies and treatments.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a college diploma in secretarial training and relevant previous experiences. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and the ability to take sufficient notes at a meeting to prepare a record of events. Computer literate and sufficient typing skills to complete 60wpm accurately will be highly regarded.
