Key Duties

Skills, Knowledge
- Degree in Resort Management/Hospitality Administration chose although ideal experience in lieu thereof is sufficient.;
- 3 years experience in either a Provisioning or Controller capacity.;
- Cruise ship experience and expertise of Crunchtime are highly recommended.;
- Experience and knowledge in drink procedures, food production, and dining establishment solution within the hotel/cruise ship operations.;
- Exceptional leadership and efficient interaction skills.;
- Fluent English language abilities both verbal and written.;
