The Coordinator, Warehouse, and Installation reports to the Warehouse Manager at our Montreal distribution center located on Boulevard de L’Assomption. We believe that business success and sustainability go hand-in-hand. Responsibilities: Coca Cola Canada Jobs With Visa Sponsorship
- Offer assistance with office tasks including composing correspondence, creating reports, and planning events or meetings.
- Coordinate and ready the necessary steps for different audits. Help leaders with their routine duties.
- Manage and monitor the issuance and tracking of purchase orders associated with the inventory.
- Greet and provide training to staff in line with guidelines.
- Assist in the recruitment of new staff members.
- Offer computer and electronic assistance to personnel.
Qualifications: Coca Cola Canada Jobs With Visa Sponsorship
- A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in administration or logistics is required.
- Having one to two years of work background in a warehouse setting would be beneficial.
- Having abilities or prior involvement in managing staff is considered a plus.
- The candidate should have a strong command of Office software and internet use.
- Familiarity with the SAP system is advantageous.
- Fluency in both French and English languages is necessary.
