What will you be doing?

As a Room Attendant in Housekeeping, you must maintain the impeccable condition of each guest’s room, guaranteeing our visitors receive unparalleled hospitality through top-tier cleanliness.

The duties of a Housekeeping Room Attendant encompass, but are not confined to:

  • Maintain the tidiness of hotel guest rooms to meet both the Department of Health regulations and the company’s quality criteria.
  • Check the daily list of expected arrivals and departures; gather the necessary materials to finish the tasks.
  • Tidy up the accommodations at the resort, including guest rooms and condominiums. This involves a range of tasks such as wiping away dust, using a vacuum cleaner on floors, replacing sheets on beds, scrubbing bathrooms, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen space, and attending to the general areas.
  • Make sure that every room is restocked with all the necessary amenities and supplies.
  • Notify the maintenance team immediately of any problems with maintenance, broken items, or equipment not working properly in the rooms to ensure quick fixes.
  • Carry out thorough cleaning that meets the necessary criteria within the established time constraints.
  • Ensure that any items left behind in guestrooms are correctly submitted to the lost and found.
  • Cooperate with fellow cleaning crew members and other departments to guarantee smooth functioning.
  • Deliver quick and polite assistance to everyone.
  • Other duties as assigned.
