Computer Technician Level 2-3 bilingual

Description

Title: IT Technician Level 2- 3

Duration: permanent

Location: 1 time per week in Blainville Quebec

Responsibilities:

Computer Technician

Description

Act as a technician ( ne ) in technical support.
Act as administrator ( network operator ).
Act as a resource person for the most complex troubleshooting in terms of hardware and software, in particular for installation and configuration, and if necessary, carry out these installations and configurations.
Act as a resource person with users.
Design and monitor the application of various procedures.
Control the execution of IT work.
Write instructions for using software and applications and participate in user training.
Manage user accounts while respecting defined standards.
Coordinate the work of technical and paratechnique support staff in their tasks performed in relation to the carrying out of technical operations.
If necessary, perform all other related tasks.
