Our Sales Execution Associates (SEA) work in local grocery stores, helping our customers keep Coke Canada Bottling products fully stocked and available to consumers, managing inventory, placing orders, and filling beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays. The SEA is Coke Canada’s frontline ambassador, providing superior service to customers and consumers.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate stock quantities and predict the inventory requirements for each client by analyzing historical patterns and anticipated sales events. Proceed to order products for the customers to maintain fully stocked shelves and displays.
- Ensure that items on the store’s racks, shelves, displays, and refrigerators are kept stocked by moving merchandise from the storage area or backroom to the front of the store using either manual or motorized devices, such as a pallet jack or a hand truck.
- Construct, modify, or dismantle merchandise presentations in compliance with company guidelines; ensure product labels are maintained; keep the area of the product clean and manage goods that are damaged or flawed accordingly.
- Adhere to the policies set forth by Coke Canada Bottling and the Store about the backroom and sales floor arrangements, restocking procedures, equipment usage, and maintaining safety standards.
- Organize the storage area by arranging products, keeping track of inventory quantities, reporting discrepancies, handling goods that are damaged, repacking items when necessary, tidying up storage materials such as pallets and shelves, and filling out any necessary documentation.
- Keep your workspace neat, ensuring it meets the Company’s safety and cleanliness standards.
- Establish and keep a professional rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Physical Requirements:
- Continuously raise, transport, and arrange items (weighing as much as 50 pounds or 22 kilograms) over the level of your shoulders unaided.
- Frequent performance of actions such as kneeling, crouching, and extending the arms overhead.
- Capable of maneuvering both hand-operated and motorized equipment like pallet jacks and dollies, loaded with products, across distances of at least 100 yards without needing help.
- The capacity to remain on one’s feet and move around for extended durations.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related field preferred
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Minimum one (1) year experience working under little to no supervision preferred
- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years
