About This Opportunity
The Project Manager, Engineering manages the project at the Lachine Facility. The successful candidate will report to the National Senior Manager of Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Work in harmony with in-house teams and external partners/suppliers to ensure impeccable project completion.
- Make certain that every project is completed punctually, stays within its designated parameters, and does not exceed the allocated financial resources.
- Creating project outlines and goals while engaging all necessary parties and confirming that the project is technically achievable.
- Make sure that resources are available and distributed properly.
- Create a comprehensive project roadmap to monitor advancement.
- Employ suitable methods for confirming alterations to ensure the project’s scope, timeline, and expenses are effectively controlled.
- Track and evaluate the progress of a project by utilizing the right methods, instruments, and procedures.
- Inform higher-level management about any issues that arise and elevate the situation to them if necessary.
- Maintain and oversee interactions with the client and all involved parties.
- Manage potential hazards in your project to reduce the likelihood of risk occurrence.
- Develop and keep detailed records for all aspects of the project.
Qualifications
- Preferred: a college degree in engineering or a similar field of study.
- Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is mandatory.
- At least three to five years of experience in managing projects.
- Having specialized knowledge of the equipment, methods, or machines used in the production of drinks is a valuable skill.
- Preferred candidates will possess over 8 years of experience in operations or maintenance.
- Bilingual in French and English
