1. Farm Shop Deputy Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Gates Farm Shop is a large, traditional farm shop located alongside Gates Garden Centre near Oakham. We are looking for a food orientated individual, with a passion for retail and customer service, to join our expanding team and assist in the day to day running of farm shop operations.
Reporting to the Farm Shop Manager, you will be tasked with supervising the shop floor and ensuring company policies and legal requirements are adhered to. You will be adaptable within this large family-run business, with a strong sense of passion and commitment, which are essential for this role.
