The luxury hotel, Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, offers five dining options, ranging from the Sea Fu restaurant by the beach to the Mercury Lounge on the rooftop. The hotel boasts 237 rooms, including 49 suites, which blend Arabic design elements with modern style. The rooms are decorated with soothing blue or green colors. Responsibilities
- Take an active role in the daily security activities of the premises in order to guarantee the safety and protection of all individuals, including guests, staff, and property.
- Supervise and oversee the comings and goings of all staff members, guests, and contractors using the hotel’s staff entrance.
- Manage all responsibilities using diplomacy, tact, discretion and efficiency.
- Keep a thorough record of the personal belongings and items of every visitor as they enter or exit the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock, and make sure they are properly monitored and managed.
- Make sure that people who are not authorized do not enter the hotel floors and areas behind the scenes.
- Have a complete understanding of every aspect of the hotel’s layout.
- Ensure that you are updated on all ongoing events, activities, and tasks scheduled during your shift, and remain informed about the daily operations of the hotel.
- In order to monitor the designated areas and guarantee the wellbeing and satisfaction of all visitors
- Provide assistance in conducting training sessions concerning emergency procedures at the resort as and when required.
- Collaborate with nearby law enforcement authorities whenever necessary.
- Ensure that the performance of Security Officers and Guards align with the desired expectations by effectively coordinating their responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Must have at least three years of experience in luxury hotels and resorts with a five-star rating.
- Proficiency in fundamental computer abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
- Being able to speak Arabic fluently will be a beneficial skill to have.
